I am disappointed with the difficulty I have encountered trying to obtain historical records from my State Farm policy during a move from Florida to Texas in 2019.
I transferred my existing State Farm auto insurance when I moved states and have documentation showing a Texas State Farm policy for the same vehicle and VIN. I am now dealing with an insurance verification issue and need confirmation of my policy history and continuity of coverage.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to get the historical documentation needed to resolve this matter. A long-time customer should have a reasonable way to access important records from a prior policy, especially when those records affect a driver's legal status."
